I have a club and want to create a schedule for employees to follow...I have been looking for a system but unable to find one. Does anyone know of any in world or out that I can link to? All I have been able to find is employee pay systems and time clocks..nothing to do with schedules

Simplest way, I would have to agree with Ann, Excel or other spreadsheet program, and good communication with your employees.

From: Ann Launay Uh, Excel? how can they link to Excel? to answer the op have you tried creating it on a webpage then using the land settings to display the webpage? (of course the employees would need to turn on media to see it, but that is not hard to do) that will also allow you to update without having to upload anything

I'm confused as to what you expect this thing to do. Regurgitate a schedule of who does what when? Google Calendar is your friend.

A shared Google calendar that your managers can update and all staff can access. I use this for my network and it is very effective. The Lindens use it for their office hours. http://www.google.com/calendar/render?tab=mc#There is also a device that will display an allow you limited interaction from within SL with your Google Calendar http://www.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=698435.
