what, exactly, is meant when someone uses the term escort? Is the answer X rated like I think it is? *giggles* I'm fairly certain escort means the same thing in SL and RL, I just wanted to be clear on this.

Of course functionally it isn't one, since you cant have actual sex across the internet - so its a bit like a phone sex worker.

I didn't want to say prostitute or hooker and offend anyone so that is why I thought I would ask and clear up "escort" in my little SL dictionary in my head. LOL

If it's a fantasy of yours I say go for it. It's probably illegal where you live and/or something you would normally never do in RL. SL is the your world your imagination. No harm done. Never in a million years would I have the nerve to be a stripper in RL but when I first came to SL my first job was as a stripper. It was a helluva lot of fun.

In RL I'd be afraid to contract something... I've thought about being a stripper, but there are such horrible house fees and you can't really turn anyone down if you want to make cash.... In SL on the other hand, I think I could get into it. *shrugs* I'm a dirty little girl sometimes. LOL
