Make sure your credit card info is up to date. LL doesn't notify you if your "Good Thru" date expires, and when you try to buy currency the failure message reads like it's the exhange's fault, not yours.

Hi.
My US dollar balance is negative. Thats the first time i saw that, since they charge my monthly land tier from my VISA.
And a friend of mine who have AMEX cant buy linden dollars since last week.
There is no email support anymore to talk to linden lab, and i cant afford a long distance call, so i think inask here if there is anybody else still having trouble like this, and also some suggestion aboutwhat to do. i'm afraid to loose my account with this negative balance.
I notice i also dont get my stipend yet this week.

Sometimes it takes an extra day for them to 'catch up.' Wait 24 hours and then try to get someone on Live Chat (accessible by Premium & Concierge accounts only) if it doesn't correct itself. To get there, click the Support link on the site, log into the Support Portal, then choose the Solution Finder. Do all the steps there - just pick anything for the first question and type something random into the next (search) to get the continuation buttons - then click the 'Billing Live Chat' link. It should connect you with an actual person to help figure out the problem. Alternatively, you can submit a ticket from the main page of the Support Portal, but that usually takes longer. I believe you also get a week's grace for non-payment on your account, and they'll send you an email before they actually do anything to it. From: someone I notice i also dont get my stipend yet this week.
Stipends are paid on Tuesday, which isn't until tomorrow in the US.
