This is happening more and more on my home SIM (mainland) and there isn't any notice any more. It used to be you'd get a region is going down in x minutes. Now -- blip -- I'm toast. I've been right in the middle of making something 3x now when it's happened. Anyone know what gives?

I thought region log outs could be caused by a problem on the user side?

Happened to me yesterday for the first time; quite a shock. My internet connection got very wonky too but my husbands stayed fine. Today seems okay though.

There are numerous mentions on the current Grid Status report of restarts to revert all 1.26 regions back down to the previous level. May be that you are caught up in that? It looks like it started today. Or, could be an ISP problem. Do email and web access work OK?

A couple of weeks ago I had the same phenomenon on my home sim - all gone down, without notice, just blip. Sometimes the region would stay down for half an hour after that, definitely not viewer side - I could stand at the border of the neighboring sim and stare into the void that is my home sim.
It's better now, but it is a freaky feeling. _____________________

It happened to me either yesterday or 2 days ago. The sim went down and was back up in 5 minutes. There was no blue message countdown at all but I did get the logged out message in the viewer, which was bleached of color (turned grey). On the other hand instant crashes, with complete viewer shutdown, are common now when manipulating a prim.

Mmm... it's happened to me too a couple of times over the last few days.
Just wondering if this is a European problem. Where's everyone based? Maybe those pipes under the pond have had it ![]() _____________________

Sheesh! I hate it when that happens. I had it once this morning and one evening last week. Before that it had been a few months since it happened to me.

My connection is good when this happens. Last two times I in fact, couldn't log back into my home. So the sim definitely when down. I didn't try this time -- just went straight to Pooley.

I think it's been a mixture of client crashes and sim crashes. The notices about the sim going down in x minutes can only happen for a restart. Crashes have a bad habit of not announcing themselves. _____________________
