Deed land question

I just purchased a piece of land to deed to a group for a combined parcel. I have my group tag on, see "set to group" tab, but "deed" is grayed out. Am I missing something? I want to deed to group so we can join them. Thanks for any help.

If i remember right. Set To Group then Deed.

I have group selected, and "owner makes land contribution", but Deed is grayed out so I can't select that.

There are two check boxes where it says ""owner makes land contribution". Both need to be ticked (the other one directly to the left of the "deed" button, and above "owner makes land contribution" for 'deed' to "ungrey'.

I have the problem that I if I click deed, it does nothing. Been trying to deed (homestead) for ages and have been patient with SL maybe quirking, but alas... *sigh*.

Be best to make a service call to Support I think. It maybe just be borking.

If you are in a private estate make sure that the region is set to 'allow resale'
