Can I transfer lindens from a frozen acct?

I can not log into my main account, which is premium, because a company employed by LL is having trouble with their credit accounts. I have several pay methods on file but unfortunately, LL is not getting it. Is there any way I can pay my alt account with the main accounts balance of lindens, without going inworld?

There really aren't any ways to get money out of an avatar that don't involve logging in.

I don't know if a scripted thing with the avatar's debit permissions would work on a suspended account. To set that up you would need to log in, so it doesn't matter anyway I guess :/

no, you cannot transfer the $, cash out to pay tier/access linden, nothing.
hate to say it, but youre screwed. linden will steal all your $L, reclaim your lands, and delete your av after a month of nonpayment. i have lost an alt this way and it really sucks. this is why any of my 'important' avs are basic and not premium.

But you know, I have several payment options on file, ALL of which are in good standing....the fact they did not recieve payment is because of an outside company employed by LL to secure payments through paypal has issues. I have not yet been suspended for non payment, but am in limbo. grrrrrrrrrr

The only way I can think of that *might* have worked would be if you had a shared-banking scripted prim which would allow alts of yours to access the funds of your main (which acts as a banker).

However, this will not help you since you would have had to have done this before the current issues. Secondly, it may not work if you are frozen in any case.

Seriously, the only way is to try and rescue your account - maybe speak to Linden Lab directly?

Yes, you might want to give Billings a call, if it's due to billing error. You can use Skype if you find it harder to pay for in your area. I'm pretty sure they'll help you.

The reason you can't transfer out L$ from a frozen account is quite simple. It's because they don't want those committing fraud to get their money out.

I had issue for some reason with negative balance last year when they changed
the billing to the UK.
I called they said put in ticket, they weren't very helpful but then a friend suggested
I re-enter my information i.e billing info and then put in money in credit it hasn't
happen since.
I don't trust LL to take out monthly fees any more, I tend to prepay after that.
But in my case it had been only few days being in negative when I figured out
how to resolve the issue by myself by reentry info, increasing credit to get out of the negative.
I even checked to see if it was bank error prior to calling but no it just one of those
periodic errors that LL does every now and then.
Luckily the site allowed me to do fix this by reentering my payment information right away because LL only contacted me almost month
after the event to inform the situation was "resolved" and by then I may have lost my account.
Perhaps you can try this see if it works? Worse that will happen is it won't.
I wouldn't transfer funds to alt account until you got the billing issue resolved some how first.

DO NOT try to get around the suspension. You will likely end up getting banned permanently. Call billing.

Um Cristalle as I read Op's problem is it frozen account due to billing issue due to LL's error not a suspension. Am I mistaken?

An account that is frozen = suspension as far as I see it. Trying to get around it is bad.
