Newbie question. I just bought a piece of land I like on the mainland, however the person I bought from still has things there (house and stuff I don't like). I bought this place for the land, not the other things - I want to put a house I like much better there. When I inspect everything, the previous guy is still listed as the owner. Is it proper form to offer him to take his stuff? Just doesn't seem right to simply delete all his stuff. Thanks!

Just return them to him. Go into the About Land>Objects and select his objects and return. They will not get deleted but returned to his inventory.

About Land>Objects>refresh list>select his name>his objects will be listed>click return>it will ask for a confirmation>click yes>empty parcel
