I've waited over a week without it appearing in world before. Either submit a support ticket asking for it to be updated, or buy some L$.

Unlike age-verify, PioF has always been instant for me. But then I've only done it 3 times and each time I went out and bought some lindens right away.

Until you actually use the payment info, there is no way to be certain it will be reflected in-world as being there. The linkage from the website being updated to the in-world recognition of that fact is flaky, at best. But if you make a purchase of L$ using that payment info, the status is instantly updated. I think the minimum purchase is $2.50 USD worth of L$.
