Why is Total Frame Time showing so high?

It shows at about 22.2 to 22.3 ms.

But... the Sim times listed underneath don't add up to a total of 22.3 ms.

The highest listed time is Script time which is showing at about 7-8 ms. Everything else is really low, under 1 ms. So why is Total Frame time hovering so high?

Does the sim need a restart?

Could it be this?

In which case a simple sim restart may not be enough.
Estate managers can deal with this, but if it's mainland ....????

Without fail, each time I've had a new sim, I've had to restart it daily in the first week. I'm not sure why, but after about 7-10 days, it settled down.

That's four sims now, including one that had been established, an OS, and two full sims. Horrible performance the first few days.
