sometime in the past 24 hours the estate abuse email was deactivated and now claims to be 'unsupported'. this means that now all abuse emails will be routed to ll instead.
is this the case on everyone elses estates as well? or just mine?

It's that way on the Rutgers University estates, as well. So probably affects all the sims on the current server release.

_All_ ARs have _always_ been sent to LL. It's more a question of if the estate owner also gets them.

No idea why it now says unsupported.

Incompetence? Or a premeditated decision to cripple one of the estate manager's primary ways of differentiating themselves from LL...the ability to actually communicate problems to someone?

I swear I am starting to see a pattern here.

That has been broken since the 1.21 viewer, possibly since 1.20.

I do not know if a previously-entered email address is still in there and it's just the update that is borked, or if they've erased the email addresses.

Nonetheless, there is a pattern, and appearantly a plan - which doesn't include private estates, in the future. On the bright side, there'll be linden land, ibm land, google land...
