Invisible Objects Problem

Yesterday when SL was misbehaving my gf and I rezzed a couple of objects - a kissball and a large box ready for opening. We tried to take them back into inventory and they "disappeared". Unfortunately, the box is still there though invisible and forms a major obstacle as, even though it's invisible, you walk into it as though it is solid.
An object search also shows the kissballs on the land but these too are invisible. There is no way of clicking on them to remove them properly as they don't show in rt click.
Any ideas how we can remove them - especially the box.
Another problem that has occurred twice is that objects I have placed on the land have mysteriously multiplied and rezzed in the sky and I have had to clear them up.

I've had this problem a lot of times and the only way I've found to get rid of these phantom prims is to ask LL for a restart of your sim . It usually clears them up right away

don't ask for a restart so quickly, try every else you can do to get the objects back first, clearing cache, re-log, and again, and again.

double check to make sure you really haven't lost it.

give it a couple of days before asking for a restart, and then good luck.

a restart can lose the missing objects forever, well not forever, sometimes they might come back months after!

I had this happen to me once, a bed I tried to pick up just ended up as a big invisible object, not phantom, didn't show up when I turned on highlight invisible, and not something I could pick up by drag selecting it.

The next day it was returned to me by Governor Linden. Very weird.

If you live on the mainland then I'd suggest leaving it a couple of days to see if it's returned to you. I'm not sure how to ask for a sim restart if you live on the mainland? A support ticket I guess.

i too have had this problem about an hour ago-just took anim balls into inventory only for them to dissappear... not in inv or on land etc.
seems the advice is have a good look round ,clear cache,re log etc and then wait and see if they appear again... eventually... good luck ..

I had almost the same issue, where I had a large box, hollowed and cut, but the "invisible" piece of the box was still affecting the avatar.

Jumped on live support, explained the issue, and sim restart was done, occurred real quick

This is a BAD problem in the Kuula sandbox... It almost makes us miss the H1 sim crashes. (=_=)y
