REselling Individual Low Prim Sims

I guess that the individual low prim sim transfer/resale process will work exactly in the same way as the full prim sims huh? Interesting. And then I also suppose that the class 4 low prim sims will continue to be grandfathered in at the $50 per ($195 divided by 4 plus slight increased rate) sim.

That said, anyone selling a single low prim class 4 sim? I'd love to get me a cheap water sim for $50 a month in tier, but would have no use for 4 of them...

Do you already own a regular estate? LL requires you to before you can own an OpenSPace sim.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Yes, they do require you to own a regular island/sim to officially own one, but what about renting one out?

If I could find a nice low prim sim for rent at $75 a month I'd be sorely tempted.

I pay $40.25/month now for a 4096 piece of land.
So for $35 more I could have an entire island to myself. It would be worth it!

Well, renting land is a business, so I doubt that someone would take the business risk of buying it to then rent it out just at his own cost :-)

But I expect quite a few rental offers for L$ 27,000 and up per month, for less if you are ready to pay a "purchase price", then you could land at maybe 85 USD per month
