Unless it's a group-owned parcel, in which case the money goes to everyone in a role with the power labeled 'Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends'. It's split equally amongst them, same as if that land was sold.

Also don't forget that group money doesn't get dished out straight away, it gets paid out once a day.
