Disappearing belly ring

Hi.

I bought a new belly ring, but when I wear it, I can't see it. It will rez on the floor, so I know it's there. How can I find it if it's inside me? I tried highlighting transparent items, but that didn't help.

You could try using wireframe view. Sorry I do not know the short cut off the top of my head but I *think* it is under Advanced > Rendering > Wireframe.

You could try attaching it to your hand so you can see it and enlarge it. Then take it off and reattach it to your stomach. Move it out and resize back to original.

Those two are the way I have had to do a few things before.

AshleyLi, what I did was edit a version of my shape which is MUCH smaller and waaaay thinner than my regular shape. I named it "use when looking for stuff" or something like that.

I wear that shape, attach the belly ring...and then I can see it, as it's not embedded in my belly or wherever. In edit mode, I pull move the bellyring away from my very very thin tiny body shape...and then change back to my regular shape.

Then I can adjust the bellyring's location.

I hope you find a better solution than me which was look up my butt (literally) took a long time

Wireframe view is Ctrl-Shift-R.

God! That must be scary. Imagine losing your belly-button ring in real! I panic if I can't find my tongue piercing. Kinda like "OMG Where is it?????" Click "Oh there you are!!!!"

Imagine in real the bloke saying "I'm gonna imbed your belly ring"
