Anyone who spend time in LL owned public sandboxes, have seen them. There is always giant piles of them all over, and they are always set for sale.
The style they are sculpted and built indicates that they are from one creator. im intrested to know the orginal creator of these cars. Could anyone tell me?

Also could anyone explain me why LL is so helpless with these, cant LL just remove the copybotted items from database after one is found? And remove the account of the copybotter, and call cops.

LL does take action on illegally copied SL content. It has to be first reported by the actual copyright holder though. That's how the DMCA works.

So your idea of finding out who created the original is a good first step towards dealing with whatever these allegedly copybotted cars are.

i found orginal creator of one car, i talked with him, and he said that LL will suspend the owner of the object when one is being found and reported by the orginal creator.
He said he has filed over 600 DMCA

He said the copybotted object remain in database, and the copybotter will continue distributing the objects, i saw the copybotter of this particular car in sandbox just copule days ago.
So i guess he just got suspended once when the first report was made, and now hes back and can sell the copybotted cars as much as he want.

And people buy this car, if caught they get suspended for a while too, and then they can continue resellign them...

This makes me very angry and sad. It should not be a problem to entirely remove the copybotted item from database after the orginal creator has told to LL that "here is the key of the sculpt, if this sculpt exist on a prim not created by me, it is stolen"

That might be possible, but for one thing running that query on several terrabytes worth of data is time consuming, and multiplied by the massive number of items copied in SL it's very unlikely to be done.

Secondly, that only works if the sculpt key matches. If the sculpt texture is downloaded then re-uploaded, it's no longer possible because the key has changed.

True. The key might be changed. i wonder if interpol cares if LL tell them it is difficult, maybe interpol just close down SL untill they have found the criminals.
