Do you want to kill the name you are using all together and start over fresh? If so go to the website, go into your account and on the side you should see a button that says cancel membership. Otherwise, I don't know any other way. Hope this helps!

In the event that you don't want to close your account but just want to change your avatar's appearance and clothing, well, there's tons of info on that, in this forum, in the SL wiki, in the knowledge base, and so on.

You can start over without deleting too. Just start a new account. the old one will still be around if you should ever need it for any reason. It doesn't cost any more (unless they are both premium).

Take yourself off to Toxic Garden for a swim in the river, or, if you mean how to have a whole new account, do what the others suggest- just start a new one the same as you did your first. I'd recomment letting the original one just sit there, as you never know. Alts do come in handy sometimes for messy jobs.
