Teleport Problems

Hi,

Just as I was about to leave WAPS Disco Dance Club yesterday, I tried to teleport to The Chilli Pot (a place where I hang out on a regular basis in SL), and I tried about five times last night, but to no avail.

However, my "sister" avatar, Danielle Hancroft, who actually is my best friend in RL, log onto SL on the same computer (Ah, the beauty of tiling windows vertically). Danielle did try to teleport to The Chilli Pot, and she successfully teleported no problem. But when she offers me a teleport, I click the button, and nothing. And the sad thing is, the problems on my screen still prevail this morning. Anyone know what the problem is?

Nope. My GF had similar problems earlier this evening; while we dont share computers we do share bandwidth in the apartment. I could TP, she couldn't. It sounds like weirdness as usual and hopefully they'll get things fixed soon enough.

I've had this problem all darn week. Is driving me spare ( my alt too cannot tp. it isn't a bandwidth issue as i have extremely fast cable internet connection and it has only appeared since the Linden labs lot began messing around with rolling restarts etc deploying what ever it was they were deploying. I hope they do something soon

I just wish those rolling restarts would stop already. But knowing Linden Labs, they always have to experiment with the program and do continuous updates on occasion.

It would be nice to have a perfect SL program with very little to no problems; but sadly, it's never gonna happen.

I had a similar problem yesterday trying to tp to a place I go often. I was able to tp to the next sim and then fly to where I wanted to go though.
