Your error message probably says it all. Try uploading them individually and see if that works.

You should be able to upload even with a basic account. You just need the Lindens like everyone else to pay for it.

Also try checking if you use the correct format and settings SL uses. I am pretty sure you cannot upload avatar meshes you changed in a standalone program, but someone might correct me here.

Every individual item you upload into SL, be it animations, textures, sounds etc, costs 10L$ per upload. If you don't have any money, then I *think* the individual upload option is greyed out, but for some reason the batch upload option remains available, even though that costs 10L$ per item, too.

I'm only saying this because I'm sure I remember someone having a similar problem before (individual uploads greyed out, batch uploads 'available' but giving a similar error message when attempted) and the reason was the user had no money in their SL account.

You can use a free basic account, but you have to have some L$ to pay for the uploads. To get L$, you can give LL your credit card info or your PayPal account ("Payment Info on File", which is distinct from "Premium Account".)

You must actually use your selected payment method at least once, to start the clock ticking on your purchase limit. It starts at $10US for the first two days, but is rapidly raised after that. This purchase limit is imposed to make it harder for people to use stolen credit cards to buy L$.

If you don't want to go through Linden Lab to get your L$, you can buy them through a third party exchange such as http://xstreetsl.com/

Do not buy L$ on eBay or from any third party site that does not use the Linden Lab Risk API...you risk being scammed or sold stolen L$.

You can't batch upload animations - they each have to be uploaded individually and it costs 10 L$ per upload. If you haven't got at least 10 L$ on your account then the option to upload will be greyed out.

Quick word of advice - test upload on the beta grid first. You get 5000 L$ to test with credited to you on beta. It is not transferable to ther main grid - but it is normal to need several uploads and refinements before an animation is ok in SL. Some of mine have taken over 20 test versions and I have been glad not to have to use my hard earned L$ to test with.
