I'm stumped. Have you guys EVER seen this...it only happens to the male shapes, never the females...and always the left side of the chin area. It happened to me ages ago too (so not the viewer)...and seemed to correct itself after several re-logs. I had cleared my cache last night...was in today working on new shapes with no problem...for maybe an hour.....then I logged off to get dinner......came back....and whataya know...looks like all my guys have got a wad of chew in their jaw. LOL I was smart enough this time to look at the wireframe...and sure enough... it's the wireframe that is warped. Any wild guesses here? LOL

My graphics card is the nVidia geforce7600....I keep it updated and every aspect of SL runs smoothly....never had any issues.....so not sure if that's even a factor.

OMG.... I cleared cache again.....relogged....all was fine....so I go out to have a smoke and wait for my inventory to load.....come back...and it's back! LMAO Maybe I'm just not supposed to be making male shapes. *sigh*

have you tried contacting the lindens and see what they say?
no clue as the wire frame messes with my eyes, I can not see what you see

No....I've never contacted them per say...I submitted a bug report on it ages ago....but it hadn't happened in so long I forgot about it.

After I was in world for a while I tried again to go into a male shape....and it was fine. It's very very weird that the mesh itself would be borked. Here's another image, maybe it's more obvious.... look to the lower left of his face....you'll see an odd bulge in the mesh where the other side is 'normal'. Both sides should be symetrical....but if you look closely at the black lines down by the chin area...you'll see the left side is mishapen. It's much more obvious without the mesh turned on....but these shots proved that is is in fact the mesh that's borked.

ah I see it this time, that is weird

maybe try emailing support with the option to send them a pic or go to live help and ask them where you would send it

Yup...I submitted a ticket. It's not like some big emergency by any means since it does correct itself....what I find so odd is that it's always the males and always the lower left jaw......er....well......if you're looking at the pics I posted it's gonna be lower right of the image....doh! LOL :p
Maybe it's time for me to go to bed lol Left & right.... who knew... lol

Mmmmmmmm..... chewing tobacco.

It's been years. Still miss the sweet yet bitter taste.

Used to chew it while cutting the lawn. Was good for spitting for distance.

Snuff was ok. Used to chew that in HS.

Damn Woman!!! You got me hankerin' for Mail Pouch!! :p
