HELP! Is it just me with login problems?

I'm logging in ok, but I'm at the bottom of the sea, or all I can see is water; I'm Ruth; I can't move; I have no inventory; Search isn't working; TP is only working sort of; I can't see my Friends list, I can't IM anyone because Search isn't working;
I've cleared cache; I've relogged many many times; I've reinstalled SL.
Nothing is working. Is it just me (I have the bottle of pills ready...) or has everyone got problems the last few hours when they login?

Apologies if I'm missing the joke ...... Bradley? Yours was just the first one in this thread is all. The others were already so far off track it was pointless to comment. Regarding logins, I'm curious how the count went from 40,000 to 41,000 recently. Are some people really able to get in? And is no one logging off?

Well, my count now says 39 700 logged in and "You have no friends online - start passing out calling cards in-world to add friends!" I guess they're all part of that 1000 that can't log in...

I now have 38 929. I'm using a widget that instantly gives info on friends online and the grid, etc. Don't know if it's accurate, but seems so.
