The L$1,000 payment you get 45 days after you sign up for a premium account.

In general it's any promotional or bonus payment from Linden Labs. I got a couple of surprise Linden Grants a year ago when a couple of people I referred re-upped their annual subscriptions. I'd just assumed that when I didn't get it after a month that LL had stuffed it up. Never occurred to me that they'd hold off for a year for annual subs.
