Scripts - Object names and description

I've seen this post after the resent update. Now I dont know a great deal about scripts but trying to understand and learn.

I have a problem now which I am not sure relates to this. I have several greeters and counters on my land to which I receive instant messages when online and then would receive these messages to my email when offline. Now the position has changed I still receive the im when online but do not receive them to my email addy when offline. I also noticed today I dont receive any im to my email from any of my objects inlcuding zyngo machines if someone has won - nothing to my email addy when offline.

I receive im and to my email from other regions but not this particular one.

On object names 63 chars. I assum this object name is the one on the edit window of the object and if that is the case then I'm certainly within 63 chars. and description most of mine don't have that?

Any help anyone please.

Yes it is all checked as I receive email from another region, and also that has the same scripted greeter??

Try resetting the script?

Gosh I've done all that too, reset them all, plus taking them back and re-rezzing them.
