jira help: where to put this ....

I have noticed something recently with SL release candidate. It does not shutdown completly for me. I am used to it taking a little time to shutdown the streams and pick up after itself after I quit out but now it never shuts down all the way. It no longer has a window, but it still exists in my processes list taking up a good portion of CPU time. I first noticed this Friday when the music station I was last listening to never closed after I quit, but since I started looking, it has not once closed fully. I have to stop the process from task manager.

In any case .. Just where in the jira list would this go? Crashes? Code? Where ever I feel like putting it?

i would think "Performance" is the most fitting "Component"..

i'd check to see if it does the same on my machine, but.. a month or two ago, a virus screwed up my ability to even open the Task Manager and i still haven't gotten around to cleaning up those leftover effects. (which, yes, can be rather irritating)
