Login failed. Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer.

Hi everyone,
I can use my SL's name and password log in second life website, but cannot log in software. It's said "Login failed. Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer." Please help me

This thread will quickly fill with speculation as to why you are unable to access Second Life from that computer, however the only channel of help available to you for actually resolving the problem is the official support channel provided by Linden Lab.

Use the Live Chat from the SL Web Page (support). They will help you very quick. My friend did it a few times and it was always done within 5 minutes.

Live chat is only available to Premium members. If you are a premium member the link will be on the support page. If not then the link will not show up. In that case you will need to phone support.

is it only with your own av, or all.... Have you been banned from SL, because they can bann your computer via the MAC number, and then you have to get a new, to log in.

I have the same problem too. For a long time I haven't logged in, but I think that it's not the case because I can use secondlife website to retrieve a new pass for my username.
I send mail to the address as instruction, but it seems that they aren't using the [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] any longer.
Don't know what to do now :(
