EDITED : It's OK, it was SL playing up. My av did manage to get on on the sixth attempt :)

I tried to make an alt last week. The account exists. I can request to change the password and it will Email me. I can make the change. It just DOESN'T log in or show up in people search. (T_T) It's, like, there but not there. (>_>;) ...... (^_^)y

I couldn't log in with my alt for like 3 months when I first created her, and then one day I suddenly could. I never even tried to contact Support because I just made her on a whim, to see what the new OI was like.
