Since i have updated viewer to 1.22.11, SL keeps logging me out every hour or so. When I log back in..it gets stuck on the initializing multimedia part for ages and then finally moves on but then find i have no groups, no media, and cant TP and get logged out of where i am. I use a Belkin N1 router with wireless N1 adapter, and have to reset router to get back my TP's, media and groups when i log back in again. Only to be logged out again within the hour. I have tried reinstalling SL, and reinstalling router and adapter. I have tried reconfiguring Router and even disabling routers firewall altogether. Nothing helps. Someone please help me.

a)
From the logic I think it must be any running progress in your system blocking the traffic over your wireless connection - something like ZoneAlarm Security installed?

b)
Since you have updated to 1.22?

c)
Only loged off from SL? What about the connectifity right after this happens? Check your download/upload speed before you login anywhere ...and right after this happens. Make sure you dont have any maleware on your system.

d)
a thousand thoughts....

Yes i have disabled security..and checked for maleware. None is present. Download/upoad speeds are good and same before and after i get logged out.
Yes its since I updated to 1.22. Its only with this version. I tried using 1.22 a few months ago, and becoause of this problem, i went back to using previous version. All is fine with older viewers, but now we cant log in with any other than 1.22 i am using it. If i don't reset the router and just log back in straight away, I have no media, groups or TP, yet it won't log me out then. I could stay on 24/7 without those.

I've been running 1.22 since March with no problems, if it helps. Is it possible that you are running non-default settings in your IP configuration, either the router or in your IP stack (tx/receive window sizes, MTU size)? Just a thought.

1. System check

. set your system back to the original/earlier status using your very clean Backups or other tools to get rid of hidden troublemakers.

I don't see a problem with the viewer 1.22 even you tell me it happens since you have updated. It is the system, maby the wireless connectivity. If you are really sure the connectivity to the Web works fast and stable, its not the Router or Modem. Double check also that you are the only one using your wireless connection (software autoupdates running in background? Kids/friends/other person use the wireless connection?)
