I cant log in my main account !!

Login failed
The system is logging you out right now

2009-03-08 04:40 Pacific Time

THsi has persisted for half hour now, any ideas??

Umm, tried that, the main shows as on line !! (still cant log ion tho)

I just tried to message you (sometimes sending an IM will knock you offline if you are stuck on) and it says you are offline, maybe you can log in again now?

If the system is still logging you out.......and you're trying to log in .... and you keep getting that messege........you are prolonging the log-out process! This happened to me once and it took over an hour because I kept going back in to the log-in screen......and every time I tried......the time bumped up by a few more minutes.

Finally....after much frustration...I came into the forums and this is what I was told.......wait wait wait....when you get that error.....the system is logging you out......so you're not going to be able to log in until the process is complete....and if you keep trying.....then you're mucking the log out process. So.....take a break.....go do something else for a good 20 minutes and then come back and try again. ;)

This is usually all that needs to happen.......if....after 20 minutes it still doesn't work....wait again for like an hour......it should have you squared away by then. If after that, your still stuck in the log out process and getting that error....ok, then it's time to contact LL and submit a support ticket. But....I'm willing to bet if you just back away from the puter for a bit, take a deep breath.....and waaaaait..... you'll be fine. :)

And if all else fails, send in an alt to orbit yourself. That seems to work every time, unless you are just ghosted.

You could try logging in after "2009-03-08 04:40 Pacific Time".

Just a suggestion. :)

i have to disgeed with that ideal i keep trying tell i got log in about 15 trys in a roll,, i was stuck for 3 days but after 15 trys or so i got log on ..

occaisionally attempting to log to a different location helps, sometimes triggers the cleanup when you're stuck.
