Anyone else get a survey form on client login?

When logging in yesterday, I noticed a small survey form in the lower left-hand corner of my client login screen. Am assuming this to be a random thing as I've logged in a bazillion times and never seen that before. Has anyone else seen that, or know anything about it? Fwiw, the form contained a simple question "Is your Second Life experience getting better or worse?" with radio buttons for each choice, and a comment box.... I thought about it for a while, and while I've seen improvements in some areas, there are other areas that have needed to be addressed for some time, or keep getting re-broken over and over *cough*group chat*cough* so I decided to check "Worse" then explain both my appreciation and frustration, since I didn't want to appear to be someone who simply complains no matter what Linden Labs does... ... but then the comment box didn't work right, and the form closed/sent before I was ready

Hi Bopete, Several people have reported getting this survey, including me  It pops up at random. Only very brief comments allowed btw. Not sure what went wrong in your case though. |

It's a random popup when you log in. I am usually able to put in a comment. I have a windows computer. Once I was having really terrible crashing problems with SL and the comment box came up.... I think I filled up the comments that time.

Same survey here (twice this time) and same survey a couple of months ago. Comment box always closes before anything is written in it. Mac, of course. Bug reported the first time around (couple of months ago), no corrective action.
So -- I always check "Worse". Serves 'em right. Mac users get no respect.

I got it for the first time the other day.
And stupidly presumed the little button with the 'forwardy' arrows meant something other than "slam this window shut and kiss it goodbye forever."
Well, so much for that... ah well. Not that anyone doesn't know what I think on practically every subject anyway... grin
