HippoRent problem

I want to setup a bunch of HippoRent boxes (via web interface), with rent always being due on the 17th of each month. I want the first payday being nov 17th, but whatever I do, the box always jumps ahead to dec 17th. I have set no free days, and I see no other settings I could try out. Does anybody know this problem and maybe has an answer? (And yes, I contacted hippo support yesterday already, no reply yet.)

Not sure how to do what you are trying to do, but you should probably check in the "Hippo Technologies User Group". There are always a lot of helpful folks there that have encountered most of the problems. They can be VERY helpful!

Thanks... To get into that group I need to contact the same people that so far didn't react to my call for help, hehe. But I'll send an invitation request to both that are listed as support.

Can't you set the current lease to expire november 17th and set the box for monthly payments?

Nope. It seems like when you set to "month by date", that date has to be at least one month in the future.
