Ok,
After you post somthing. Do you read it all the way every page every answer. Or do you just get a general idea of what people are saying then stop reading the page.??

I believe Rhaorth should be excused from feeling the need to read every post in the undying thread.

Yes.
Of course that's easy to say if your threads all have no more than two or three answers. I tend to read all the replies in thread I reply in as well, until they go off into too much drama. _____________________

If you mean "when you start a new thread", then I do read every response. If by "when you post something" you mean posting a reply in an existing thread, I rarely read every response.

If it's my own thread....I read it until I am satisfied with the answers.....assuming I've asked a direct question, looking for a solution for something. I don't often post about subjective topics.....and get into long text conversations.
But.....if I've responded to another post that is sort of subjective....I will keep reading it for a while to see what others think/feel. I'm not really into conflict or argumentative by nature......so I'm not one to keep on replying until it reaches 230 pages. ![]() _____________________

If I posted a thread, I wil read all of it. An exception is when it's derailed, then I'll either join in or ignore. It all depends on what it derailed into.

If it is my own thread I read it until it derails which is usually after my question has been answered anyway. Once it has been derailed I continue to read it until it no longer makes me giggle IRL.
If it is someone else's thread, I might read the OP and leave. Or I might respond if I think I have something of value to add. I might also respond if I don't have anything of value to add, but I do try not to participate in derails until the original question has been answered. I usually leave a new thread when the OP is typo'd to hell and gone, or l33tsp34k, or is meant to cause drama disguised as a question. In the case of the latter, I might stick around and feed the drama flames Till I get bored._____________________

It's one thing to read the posts, it's another to understand them.
Pep (It's yet another to be *able* to understand them if the recent crop from the "English as a *very* foreign language" posters is anything to go by. )_____________________
