Third party viewers like the Cool Viewer and the Nicholaz viewer modify the standard SL folders. Are there any special procedures to follow to uninstall them and revert to stock LL viewers?

I just uninstall SL totally, and then reinstall it without the 3rd party add on.

If you did not use a specific settings.xml per viewer you may want to delete the user_settings folder too before moving between viewers and versions. The path to that folder is the same as where your cache is (Preferences => Network)

That too.

BTW. Many thanks. I am a new convert to Cool Viewer 1.19 and it is great. :)
