Does anyone know if there is a way to create backup boxes in other location for OnRez? When I tried it, the items in the box just appeared as second copies that can be used to create a second listing, and not as a backup delivery for the existing item.
I am asking here because I have asked OnRez support a couple of times, and I have yet to receive any answers at all.
I decided to list about 10% of my products on both services a few months ago, and so far I have made a reasonable number of sales on SL Exchange, and only 2 sales on OnRez. Both of the OnRez sales failed and the money was returned, probably due to lag in the sim at the time. Out of about 50 transactions on SLX, I have never had a transaction failure, but I have boxes in 3 locations as backups.

I have not been able to find a way to create a back up box for On-Rez. My sales with On-Rez are few and far between, I do much better with SLX and have two SLX boxes in different sims as back ups. In 24+ months with SLX I have only had 3 or 4 delivery failures that I am aware of.

I haven't succeeded in do this either.
I think it has to do with the fact that Onrez uses a combination of UUID and the description based ID and the website/engine only looks for that specific UUID in that specific description ID box.

OnRez doesn't work that way -- if you rez a second drop-box and put the same products in it, they'll show up as new items in your vendor list. Because of this, you cannot have backup drop boxes for OnRez the way you can for SLX.

I appreciate all the responses. I was pretty certain that it was not possible from what I was able to test, and what little I could find in their FAQs. Navigating their help is like working your way through a maze, and I haven't even received as much as an automated reponse to my questions.
