Is it possible to have someone crash your client? If so what would happen? What wold be an indication of that? Would you freeze? Would your SL client just go poof with a crash error message (do you want to send a report etc)

I would like to know, I was asked and did not know how to help.

thanks

please send me a pm thanks as I often lose my posts

There have been ways to crash someone's client in the past. I used to have an illegal texture size that would crash anyone within draw distance that had Nvidia cards. LL purged the db of those textures. There are two new 3rd party viewers which are for sale that are supposed to be able to crash targeted av viewers.

And no I am not going to send you a PM. You have been here long enough to know how to use User CP.
