Your tier is based on the total amount of land that you own. If you rent from a private owner, that doesn't count, of course. The amount you pay is based on what tier you fall into. Tier goes up in increments that double, so 512, 1024, 2048, etc... Your first 512 is free with your premium account.
There are a few tricks to maximizing the amount of land you can hold and keep your tier low, such as forming a group to own the land, which gives you a 10% bump. Edit: I'm not certain that answers your question - if it doesn't, can you clarify your question a little? We have some people that are regulars here that are extremely knowledgable in land issues (not me!) that can answer any question you might have. _____________________

I'm not sure I exactly understand your question but if you own 1024m2 plus 512m2 I believe your tier would be US$8 per month. There is no tier for the first 512sm and up to 1024 over that is US$8.

It does not matter how the land is divided into parcels. In this case, your monthly fee will be your Premium subscription to own land at all (which also entitles you to 512sqm), plus an extra US$8 for the extra 1024sqm. (It is US$8. It certainly is NOT L$8, but we'd love it if it was ) |
