I am getting the "Login failed. Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer" error message today. I have made four attempts to submit a ticket but after I fill in all the information and click submit, I get:
The webpage at https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/ticketNewProcess.asp might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
What should I do now? Everything worked fine yesterday!
I've closed and re-opened the SL client. I've cleared the cache. I've retyped my password. I've rebooted the computer. I'm out of ideas.
