A previous post by the OP, slightly more honest, after some provocation.
I am student from City University of Hong Kong. We are doing a business project in Second Life. We plan to sell computers(virtual products) in second life. I know that computers in second life are not computers at all. We can not visit internet with web browsers in second life. but wee are trying to make it happen in second life. What we do is to add some buttons on computers, because it is impossible to type the website in second life. if you want to visit some website, you can click the button. I want to know what functions do you want? For example, you can check your e-mail account and visit Facebook, Google, twitter and so on in second life. I what to know what websites do you want to visit? Because we can only add 6-8 websites. Besides, what else do you want? For example, record the people who visit your land. Thank you for your help. I like to build. I volunteer as a reference librarian on Info Island. I like to go dancing in Brazilian clubs and sometimes American clubs. I like to go walking around and exploring. I like that SL has no clear winners or losers, no points, no daily do lists, and no schedules. I tend to let those things rule me and it's nice that they are so completely optional. Also, I noticed you don't receive private messages. I have a media serving script that will let an object serve multiple URLs. It's for noncommercial use. if something like this interests you, you can contact me in world. |

I have a couple of suggestions that will likely answer your question, if you follow them.
1. Go in world, study how people are interacting and on what level. 2. Search the Jira and the forums to find out what features we've been begging LL for for a really long time... As for what social functions I want in SL? The ability to play flash and java games in SL. Might kill time if I could access my favorite games. And for the record, I tend to be a bit reclusive. _____________________
