I take it short and this whats happened;

Paypal account is verified and used since two years.
Enough amounts are on the paypal to pay the upgrade immediately.
Several tickets doesnt give a useable solution, except that the statements of LL does concern only useless OR well known informations.
A call to paypal showed up the very close possibility, that LL isnt using a working paypal-api. (The guy at paypal has sweared several times about LL's behaviour concerning their working).
A credit card isnt needed from the accountholder who liked to upgrade.
Paypal payments do work without a registered credit card, paying land tiers per example to a landlord has well worked for several months.
I want to hear a good statement from a LL member why this cause havent a solution. On one side their are still begging for paying members (moneys...) and otherwise their arent able to fix such small problems, i am confused about their work schedules.

My suggestion; make a paypal-email adress for paymants to secondlife. When the possibility exists to sort the payments which will be charged direct from paypal WHY DONT let it work in "reverse order"?! Per example the unique avatar uuid does work as verification part and is a part of the submitted informations to LL. Automated processing causes lesser manual operations and the staff is able to work on urgent tickets. Is it or isnt that it? AND REMEMBER, us-standards ARENT standards for the world! IT doesnt interest the rest of it.
