I have a building I want to rent and it has various controls built in...

- How do I set up the building (Using a rental bot) to allow the rentee to use the various building controls (Window tinting, door security functions, hot tub functions...) without having control beyond that, like editing or completely taking the building?

- Can I link the rental bot to the unit so that, once the rent is intialized, it would automatically grant them the access as described above, or, do I have to be IW myself to show up and add them in person?

- I am supplying the land and building, unfurnished, so, I also need to know how I set up the rentee to allow them to REZZ furniture and the like...How do I do that in a manner that restricts higher level access, like landlord access vs. rentee access levels?

I appreciate any assistance provided...I'm just trying to learn how to do things the right way for all parties involved, renter/rentee and not leave myself at risk to lose anything associated with the property...

Thanks, See ya IW!

assuming you have set up a group and altered the member permissions, you would then deed it to group.
