I doubt you would send it to a linden, they have a RL address for the legal department, with the ATT being to whatever section you want it to go to

to find out for sure, submit a ticket or call them, explain what the note is in regards to, then get the address from them and send it in

A notecard or IM isn't the way to do legal stuff.. Usually gotta use actual RL paper for that stuff.

But, to answer the question, Marty Linden (Marty Roberts) is LL General Counsel.
