I've tried to sign up now twice and never get any confirmation e-mail. Even my request for help went unanswered. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you checked your junk email folder? Sometimes things wind up in there. Also, it can take up to 24 hours for them to respond.. well, that was before the buy-out. Now? I have no clue.

Some email servers flag mail from SLX as spam or worse block it altogether. I created an email account on AIM that hasn't given me any problems, have also heard gmail is good for it.

Help requests are usually answered by email, so if your email host is blocking it, that could be the culprit.

EDIT: Raudf you are too fast! However still want to note the possibility that it's not even in the spam folder... Hotmail does that.

Hotmail has a very bad habit of just chucking the good mail that they label as junk mail, but do nothing about actual junk mail ;)

I use it for XStreet, however I had to add it manually to the safe list before it'd stop deleting them.

I'm using mail.com and turned off the spamguard. Still no mail yet, though.

Mail from XStreetSL has been inconsistent of late. My box notifications inlcuded. I'd give it another day. If nothing shows up, email customer service.

well, it's been 2 days. the only e-mail I got was an ad for the gift registery, which ironically I couldn't use even if i wanted to. I tried to re-register and it tells me my e-mail address is already registered, I try to get my password, thinking maybe I misspelled it and I'm told that theres no user information. I e-mail the support people and get no response. Hell of a way to run a business...
