Am I the only one who is, since v. 1.20, getting a 'drifting' of the camera when panning around? I have counted as many as 30 'adjustments' on the strength of one click on a pan arrow (the one that circles). Plus, my lateral direction pan arrow seems to go twice as far as it used to. Anyone else have this effect?

Sounds like you are seeing the effects of Camera Smoothing, which has some problems in 1.20. You can set it to 0.0 in Preferences or try the 1.21 RC which fixes the camera smoothing bugs and others.
