I sell a certain line of clothes. Without notice, the affiliates were sent a vendor today which offered us 40% of whatever the clothing inside sold for...which was roughly one-third of their original price. We affiliates pay one-half of the original retail price when we buy the items to resell originally. So by her marking them down to one-third of the original retail price, we've automatically lost money, not to mention if we actually use the vendor and someone buys an outfit that's in our main selection, we (a) lost the sale, and (b) get paid 40% of a vastly reduced price. I don't know about the other affiliates, but this is the final straw for me. The designer has done other "not nice" things, but this one hurts me a lot. On one outfit alone, I'm losing 675L. Not a large amount, until you look and see that about 10 of the outfits in the vendor are in my stock. Minimum of 6,750L lost. My intent then, since I've just completely had it with her, is to quit selling for her. However, I have about 75,000L of her clothes in stock. I want to just change everything to what I paid for it and get out. I did, however, agree when I began selling for her, not to sell for more than 10% less than her prices. Could I be AR'd for doing this?

No. Lindens do not participate in player-player disputes.

She could AR you but the Lindens will never get involved with resident disputes.
So, just don't go below 10% of the lower prices in the vendor and you can have a clear conscience. Good luck.

If her prices are now 1/3 of the original, and you mark down to your price of 1/2 the original, you will still be asking for more than her current prices. You not only wouldn't get ARd, you wouldn't be breaking your original agreement.

Worse that could happen is the designer could say you were guilty of IP theft and even that Linden Labs just tell the person to stop doing what they are doing, nothing else really happens at this point. Sorry Honeybear this happen. Did you pay full price for the stock you have to the creator? Is there way to talk to the creator at all about how you got all this stock and lower prices means a loss for you? If not take a loss and move on. I know it sucks but truthfully there got to be a better way. There gotta be other creators and designers make the things you like but aren't well known out there who don't want to deal with business end who will treat you whole lot more fairly.

I just marked everything down to what I paid for it. Enough is enough. Big sale at Honey's! LOL
