What is considered ad farming now?

There is a 32m plot next to my workshop parcel for L$2000 which is 62.5/m. I only care because there are prims with floating text that are bleeding through to my workshop where I build stuff and it is distracting. Also this 32m plot has L$ gambling objects.

L$2000 isn't much to me but it would tier me up and I don't want to give money to an ad farmer.

AR it for the gambling objects at least and throw in a mention about the inflated price.

I'd sure post an AR against it, listing all the offenses, but making sure to categorize it as "Harrassment" and including "ADFARM" in the title. I've had some luck getting 32sq.m. plots closed as adfarms, but the price is probably in that gray area for "extortion"; on the other hand, the gambling stuff may well outweigh that.

You'd think they'd have cut their losses when they could; soon they'll lose a whole lot more, all because they just couldn't stop themselves from forcing LL to take the next step of enforcement.

Before ARing it, you might consider asking the owner to move the objects with floating text away from your land a bit. If you get no joy out of that, you'll have more ammunition for the AR. If you do get some joy out of it, your problem is solved.

It'd think the floating text bleeding onto your land is the main point here. If a polite IM to the owner doesn't stop it pretty soon I'd submit an AR about that.
