Well where to begin
teh last two days if i am on my sim that i own all of it is a mall with anight club on
the music will change to some tecno station and i look at teh top of my screen and it will tell me i am in my region but at SL mall of america which is not my mall at all the media setting still shows my stream being broadcast but its not what is being heard by any one in the club and every one shows teh same mall of america on the top of there screen
Called support there answer is must be client side for all 20 of us
we all need to clear our cache and relog
hmmmm i find it strange all 20 of us have the same problem at the same time but if we fly off the sim and back all is fine ohh and when this happens i can not build onmy own land because i do not have sl mall of america tag on
any idea what could be going on so i can help the phone weasles fix it ?

Sounds like the server routed all of you to the same (wrong) sim. I'm not a techie, but this sounds like whichever server tells the client the absolute coordinates to go to did wrong.
Clearing the cache sounds like a good first thing to do. Does it work now?

IF it's a network glitch that effected all avatars on that sim, then yes, it would place that "glitch" in all 20 cache. Meaning you'd ahve to clear it in each for each to dismiss the effects. In short, you all caught the same cold from being in the same area, so all need to take the same medicine to cure it. As sim owner, a sim restart may also have fixed the issue, but I'm not sure on that. ~Jessy

I noticed the the other day at the Forum Hangout. I happened to notice the top of the screen, instead of "Forum Hangout" it said the "Mall of America" I lost the music stream, nothing was playing and the music button kept clicking off like it does when the stream drops.

I'm not buying it's a client side issue. Many people do as I do which is to clear the cache each time they log on (which clears the cache the next time SL is launched).......and the odds are very good that at least one of the 20 who are experiencing this issue does that. And if it were a cache issue I find it extremely hard to believe leaving and coming back would "fix" the problem on a temporary basis.......especially for everyone. That absolutely defies logic. And for that suggestion that everyone in your sim caught that "flu" at exactly the same time is beyond belief for me..........I have no idea what the odds for that ever happening but it's got to be in the millions to one range with all the different possibilities of individual computers and their respective settings taken into consideration.
The "clear your cache" is everyone's cure all for all of SL's ills. I happen to think it's a good practice to do it often (others disagree, I know) but I don't think it really cures much. It's just something to do to at least eliminate that as a possible cause.......nothing more. Every time I hear someone say that LL's "techs" told them that it's a client issue from a short phone or in game cha andt to "clear your cache, check your drivers, turn down your draw distance, turn off particles".......etc, etc it tells me that they haven't a clue to what the problem is. They are merely throwing words out with the hopes that something will happen to "fix" the problem. That is NOT technical support..........that's more in line with "it's your problem buddy, now leave me alone".
Call them back........insist on more help than some tired old lame "solution". There's obviously a problem. And it appears to be obviously not client side related.

I have never visited the Mall of America in either SL or RL so it should not be in my cache.
