Who do I contact about problems with forums?

When trying to post a new thread to one of the Products forums, I get the new thread window, type everything in, press submit, and get:

"You don't have permission to access /newthread.php on this server."

I couldn't find a "forums" option at the ticket submission page.. anyone know if that is the correct place to ask for help? Or anyone know of a fix I can do my end?

Hunt through your post for any words that might overlap with SQL keywords. "Set" and "select" usually get me. See http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-917.

Thanks Qie... I removed one occurrence of "select" and it worked... have voted on the JIRA!
