What your thought about LLABS Costumer Server

How do you feel about LL support system ( billing and accounts ). I know there are accountless threads about this, But resently its getting worse and worse! Its bad enough they screwup accounts with peoples CC. But OMG to insult long time users?????? If the game and the system in a whole was not broken 60% of the time and we have atleast 70% useabilty I say they have the right. But its not and the game is getting worse. Truthful LLABS says? Well LLAbs doesnt know the first letter in the word "Truthful!" One accounts of billing Linden really needs to learn how to handle Costumers of Sl. Then again this same Billing " Ok i say it" is a "MORON" Linden labs has working for them doesnt understand everyone condition of accounts and the time in SL history when rules were different! You get two Billing support people you get two different replies! Now you call this orderly business!.........They let in all the under 18 kids etc 2006 June. An now they are threathing the older users? Because of their lack of control when everyone warned them that abuse by many would happen. Priceless BS as they say from a company that had so many directions in future roadmaps. Its nowonder older members are eitehr in alt accounts or left all together!
