when i try to load any webpage in the in-game browser, it's refusing to scroll any direction. i've tried clicking the bar, tried clicking the scroll arrows, nothing. it's even doing this on the official second life support website in-game. is there a known fix?

Are you using the browser, or webpage-on-a-prim? If it's the latter, that's right, you can't do anything... all it's doing is showing the web page, converted into a static graphic, and displayed on a prim.

From: Jake Black I dont know what the actual answer is.. I just know LLs response was at best...flaccid. From: Solomon Devoix That's a very good way to put it, and now I know why we still haven't seen the promised blog entry...
...the Lindens are still waiting for their shipment of Lie-agra to come in to firm up their flaccid reasoning.

Maybe clearing the browser cache would help, Preferences / Web/Browser Cache Clear Now.
Maybe not.
What version of SL are you running?

Do you use a UI size other than 1.0 in Preferences > General?
Multiple monitors?

I have the same issue, so I just don't use the in-world browser.
It worked once, very briefly.. but back to borked.

BTW, try this. Do a search. Hit the scroll bar for fun like it is supposed to do something. Now hit the back button, now hit the forward button. For me the page will magically be scrolled down now. Maybe it's a feature...
For me it only happens in full screen mode, but others have had it happen in windowed also.
Edit: I am talking new search, but same for browser window.
