You do know that the transaction history online only shows the last 500 transactions, yes? So when new transactions come up, older ones get pushed off that list, so of course the numbers can change...

That would happen if you sold a lot of things for $1K, 500 sales ago, but now are selling things in smaller prices now. Dig your tats, btw.  What we should really have is a way to "get and reset", so we can keep a complete log without having to manually sort out the duplicates. Ah well. I don't sell much so it's not a big issue to me.

If you download the transactions in Excel format, you get the full list, even if it's over 500 transactions. That may be your best bet.

I can remember having had the same issue. (Credit total not adding up correctly).
Did you maybe test objects by paying/buying your own items lately? These seem to cause some issues in the transaction totals, as i can remember. (Transaction to self)

(Transaction to self) Jesse I think is what Damanios said. I had the same weird behaviour with the credit totals when I was setting up my store card system. However, if you download the transactions log and make the calculations with Excel, everything is normal.
