I just got the message "There has been a problem transferring L$" and now my balance is L$-1.
I wasn't even spending at the time, someone purchased something from me!
When should I panic?

I'd relog, and if it still was at L$-1, put in a support ticket asap.
As for panicking, I would suggest waiting until they've ignored you for a couple weeks.

Yeah, I think it's just inworld borkage, I checked the website and it looks fine there. I was getting "asset has been returned to the sim" errors a few minutes before this.
