From Concierge group notice

"Hi Folks!

We have a small collection of regions that are giving the "Failed to Grant Capabilities" error when trying to tp into them. We've already alerted the technical folks and hope to have these regions accessible again within 30 minutes or so. Our apologies for the trouble. :)

If it affects a larger collection of regions than it is now we will, of course, post it to the status blog here for detailed updates:

What is odd, if I use map I can not TP into my "home" sim, but I can TP into the connecting homestead.

Those of us who use the Restrained Life Viewer will be familiar with your predicament. Plenty to keep folks occupied in a dungeon, though (at least the ones I furnish).
